Drew Williams is a coach, consultant, speaker, and encourager who helps leaders navigate real challenges without losing themselves in the process. Drew started his career at T-Mobile, making $10/hour as an entry-level call center rep and worked his way up into multiple Executive Leadership roles. While at T-Mobile, Drew led a worst-to-first cultural turnaround for an overlooked and undervalued team of 800 employees, and ended his 20-year career at T-Mobile as the Director of Leadership Development, where he built leadership development teams and programs for a 25,000-employee segment of the business. After two decades in corporate America, Drew left to help launch ConGenius - a tech startup that's winning awards in the residential construction business.  

Drew has proved at each stop that culture change is possible when you decide to care about the people doing the work, and that winning the mental battle of leadership is worth the reward of changed lives.

Today Drew works with executives and founders to navigate the practical challenges of leadership and team building. From navigating Fortune 50 boardrooms, to taking out the trash while fundraising at broke startups - Drew's experience brings a unique perspective to life, business, leadership, and success. Drew lives in Springfield, Missouri with his family and is passionate about encouraging the next generation to lead with both strength and heart.
